Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and determining product acceptability.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to organize test data.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) and determine product acceptability to limits.
• Record, organize and evaluate test results in documents.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety rules and protect personnel.
• Maintain equipment and calibrations for tests.
• Coordinate NDT inspection workload according to priorities.
• Provide technical assistance to subordinate NDT technicians.
• Perform automated ultrasonic C-scan inspection of composite parts.
• Perform exposure room interlock safety checks and log surveys.
• Read and interpret blueprints and related documentation.
