Job summary

MD Helicopters, LLC in Mesa, AZ seeks a Level II NDT Inspector to perform MT and PT inspections, interpret indications, and document results in compliance with NAS 410/SNT TC 1A and FAA Part 145 requirements.

You will help establish and operate the NDT Lab, calibrate equipment, maintain traceability, and support audits. Required: 2–3 years aerospace NDT experience; NAS 410 or SNT TC 1A cert; Repairman Certificate attainable; A&P preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of NDT experience in aerospace or similar regulated industry.
• Certified Level II in MT and PT NAS 410 or SNT TC 1A required; ability to obtain Repairman Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform MT and PT inspections per approved techniques and FAA Part 145 requirements.
• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment; interpret indications and document results.
• Maintain traceability of parts and inspection records; support lab setup and audits.
• Assist in NDT procedure development and environmental controls; uphold QCM/RSM standards.
