Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including scales, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and related equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Access to Export Control information required.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions; strong concentration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, mechanical, and functional inspections of aircraft materials, components, subassemblies, assemblies, and final product configurations using blueprints and references.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment and systems; interpret indications using acceptance criteria.
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately with full traceability of parts and records.
• May support airworthiness release determinations when authorized and participate in regulatory inspections.
