Job summary

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking an NDT Level II Inspector to perform Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant inspections on aerospace components in accordance with NAS 410, Nadcap, and customer specs. You will independently execute inspections, document results, and support quality and safety standards.

The role requires interpreting results, maintaining equipment, and supporting audits within a Nadcap/AS9100 environment.

Qualifications

• NAS 410 NDT Level II certification in Magnetic Particle and/or Liquid Penetrant.
• Ability to provide documented NAS 410 training/experience records.
• Knowledge of aerospace NDT standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform MT and PT inspections per procedures and customer requirements.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment per procedures.
• Inspect parts, interpret indications, and make accept/reject decisions.
• Complete inspection documentation, route cards, logs, and reports.
• Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
