You will develop and implement NC programs, lead machining initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will report to the Engineering Director and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives while mentoring teammates and applying NX and Vericut tools to aerospace parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Proven experience in NC programming, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of NC programming in NX and using Vericut verification software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee advanced machining processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement NC programs to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
