• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mastercam University training within four weeks with minimum 90% overall.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Acrobat).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
• Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs using IGES files, CATIA models, engineering drawings, and other data.
• Operate CNC machines to prove out new and revised programs; evaluate tooling, fixtures, cutter paths, and cycle times.
• Develop and maintain cutter lists using existing tool inventories; recommend new technologies.
• Implement proven work-holding methods and collaborate on new part planning initiatives.
• Validate, optimize, and verify machine programs before release using approved software.
• Maintain strict control of confidential engineering and manufacturing data.
• Provide project status updates, estimates, and progress reports via established tools.
• Work with leads and supervisors to achieve setup, productivity, and cycle-time objectives.
