Job summary

PCC Aerostructures in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced NC Programmer to develop processing for complex aerospace parts. You will define machining processes, select tools, and create NC programs for multi-axis machines in an IPT setting.

The role requires CATIA, Vericut, GD&T proficiency, and 3+ years of experience; Bachelor's preferred. On-site in a manufacturing environment with opportunities to support First Article and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming NC/multi-axis for metal.
• CATIA proficiency required.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with CAM simulation, preferably Vericut.
• Ability to estimate scope and manage multiple tasks.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing process with IPT and Manufacturing/Design Engineers.
• Define machining processes and tooling for efficient, quality parts.
• Design fixtures and reference geometry for the process.
• Provide detailed machining instructions for setup and operations.
• Maintain NC programs and tool assemblies; update as needed.
• Verify NC programs using simulation tools (e.g., Vericut).
• Support First Article machining and shop feedback through IPT.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet program goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
