Job summary

This onsite internship in Oklahoma City positions you as the on-site Engineering representative for Pratt & Whitney, supporting engine and hardware investigations and dispositions.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours by the start of the internship session
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA

Responsibilities

• Work as the onsite Engineering representative of P&W supporting engine/hardware investigations and dispositions.
• Create Technical Substantiation Packages (TSP) for non-conforming hardware analysis.
• Assist in part inspections to recover hardware in inventory.
• Monitor and trend hardware health for limit updates, CIP and repair tasks activities.
• Provide assistance to Customer Support Engineering (CSE) and base personnel with field support, quality issues and logistics planning.
• Work in a customer-facing role.
