Job summary

SeAH Superalloy Technologies in Temple, Texas, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in melting, remelting, forging prep, finishing and inspection, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor hourly operators, coordinate with planning, maintenance, and logistics, and drive lean initiatives while complying with AS9100/ISO 9001 and Nadcap requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP and production reporting systems.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, metals, or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations across melting, remelting, forging prep, finishing and inspection.
• Enforce EHS policies, safety meetings, and incident investigations.
• Monitor performance versus heat specs, cycle times, and yields.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, and Logistics to minimize downtime.
• Report shift KPIs: output, yield, scrap, uptime, on-time delivery, labor efficiency.
• Develop hourly operators and lead persons; onboarding and training.
• Support AS9100/ISO 9001 and Nadcap documentation and traceability of heats and lots.
