Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks an Associate or Experienced Mechanical Systems Flight Test Engineer to support the MQ-25 program at Patuxent River, MD. You will plan, execute and analyze flight tests for an unmanned aircraft, collaborating with teams in St.

Louis and Pax River. Requirements include a BS in Engineering, 2+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) of related experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials).
• Level 2: 2+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• Level 3: 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Flight Test Planning: develop and execute detailed flight test plans with objectives, methodologies, and safety protocols.
• Flight Test Execution: participate in flight tests and troubleshoot mechanical systems issues on-site with the flight test team.
