Job summary

The role involves design, development, analysis, testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems, 3D CAD modeling, 2D drawings, and GD&T, with cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and test teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating solid models and drawings with 3D CAD software.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, analyze, and develop mechanical components and systems.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T.
• Prepare engineering documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IPTs and cross-functional teams across lifecycle.
• Support testing and validation of hardware in production.
• Interface with suppliers and manufacturing to resolve issues.
