Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II to design and develop mechanical components and systems for space applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure design accuracy, and support integration within assemblies, reporting to the Sr Systems Engineering Manager.

This is a 100% onsite role at our Glendale location. You will contribute to prototype development and testing, with a focus on manufacturability and meeting stringent quality

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in mechanical design and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using CAD to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for feasibility and manufacturability.
• Support prototype development and testing to validate mechanical designs.
