• Proficiency in 3D CAD with GD&T‑compliant documentation.
• Strong foundation in structural design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience performing engineering calculations (stress, thermal, tolerance stack‑up, fatigue, FEA).
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and PM.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and integrate mechanical systems for V-BAT aircraft and ground support equipment.
• Own mechanical engineering deliverables across the product lifecycle from concept to field support.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure buildable, reliable designs.
• Provide hands-on technical support during testing, demos, and field operations; troubleshoot under tight timelines.
