Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Camarillo, CA seeks a Mechanical Assembler to assemble aerospace components per blueprints and specifications. The role requires working 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday–Saturday with possible Sundays, and OT.

The position is temp to hire with pay of $21–$22 per hour and an excellent benefits package. Assemble and inspect components, handle electrical assemblies, and request materials as needed while supporting training and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be available for OT.

Responsibilities

• Create assemblies per blueprint and specifications daily.
• Perform in process inspections.
• Electrical components assembly.
• Request material from stockroom as necessary.
• Learn assembly-related functions for new products as required.
• Understand/perform all production processes without help.
• Assist in training of new personnel.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Promote team work and constructive work behaviors.
