Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
• Experience with aerospace materials and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive material and processing decisions for design, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to meet deliveries and reduce rework costs.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance strategies across programs.
• Manage testing methods for CPL materials/chemicals meeting aerospace standards.
• Develop and maintain material and process specifications and qualification testing.
• Lead and mentor team members and drive performance metrics.
