Job summary

Triumph Interiors is seeking a Material & Process Engineer to advance core composite technologies. You will balance hands-on material engineering with strategic product development, customer interface, and regulatory oversight across laminate product lines.

The role involves mentoring, SME responsibilities for fire retardant materials, FAA directives, and OEM standards, plus collaboration with Boeing/Airbus/Embraer and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in engineering/material development or process engineering.
• 6–8+ years with aerospace material qualification and NPI management.

Responsibilities

• Shadow role supporting the Tech Fellow and SME responsibilities.
• Maintain and update BOMs, TDS, and manufacturing specs.
• Lead process optimization, material sourcing, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements.
