Job summary

EOI Space seeks a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to manage inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment in Lafayette, CO. You will work closely with production, engineering, and procurement to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery.

The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires attention to detail, strong documentation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work as a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Stage, kit, and deliver materials to production and engineering teams as needed.
• Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies, damage, or shortages.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom and receiving area.
• Coordinate couriers, freight carriers, and shipping documentation.
• Support the implementation and improvement of inventory and warehouse processes and systems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and export-compliance procedures.
