You will collaborate across offices and shop floor teams, gaining real-world experience in demand planning, inventory management, and capacity planning while pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree with ample credit hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship session.
• Must have a minimum of 30 credit hours prior to starting the internship.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher for internship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization, including Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Engine & Module Assembly.
• Assist professionals who plan material requirements for production processes, including new engine assembly and spare part forecasting.
• Contribute to processes that facilitate on-time engine delivery and continuous improvement of planning workflows.
• Work cross-functionally in office settings and engage hands-on on the shop floor to support operations.
• Participate in meaningful assignments and projects designed to provide real-world impact and accelerate career development.
