Qualifications

• Proficiency with inventory management software and documentation.
• Lean principles knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify contents against documentation, and inspect for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and label materials for storage or distribution per AS9100 requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Implement proper storage techniques to preserve and protect materials; follow handling/environmental requirements.
• Maintain records of incoming/outgoing materials, quantities, lot/serial numbers, and prepare packing lists, bills of lading, inventory reports.
• Demonstrate understanding of AS9100 requirements and participate in audits/inspections; support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and QA to ensure material availability and timely delivery; communicate shortages and schedules.
