Qualifications

• 5-10 years in aerospace design and manufacturing with technical lead experience.
• Knowledge of FAA standards and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Stress analysis and FEA experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in aerospace by developing and optimizing energetic materials.
• Lead qualification testing and conduct mechanical and thermal analysis.
• Guide projects from proposal through production and collaborate with teams.
