Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Material Handler on a contract-to-hire basis. You will receive, move, store, count, track, issue and ship production parts and materials to support on-time delivery.

The first shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Responsibilities include inventory control, material handling by hand, unpacking, reading work orders, and ensuring compliance with export controls. Join a team focused on lean processes and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Warehousing and materials packing knowledge; lean principles.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and perform basic math.
• Strong verbal communication; read work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control by following set work instructions.
• Move materials by hand using bins and carts between receiving, production and shipping.
• Unpack, receive and stock materials into storeroom locations.
• Read work orders to determine material needs for production cells.
• Issue materials to production cells as required.
• Complete cycle counts and escalate variances as needed.
• Respond to unplanned issues with internal customers in a timely manner.
• Pack and ship materials per contract requirements.
• Assist coworkers as needed to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and ITAR requirements.
