Job summary

Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions Division in Phoenix is seeking a Mastercam Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain milling programs for high-precision aerospace components.

You will work with machinists, engineers, and quality teams on the production floor, performing program prove-out, first article inspections, and documentation control.

This 2nd shift role offers $25–$35 hourly with a 6% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and editing Mastercam programs for milling.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Applying GD&T principles in manufacturing environments.
• Experience using precision measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and maintain Mastercam programs for milling.
• Generate toolpaths from engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to create accurate programs.
• Select tooling, parameters, and workholding for production.
• Support setup, prove-out, and on-floor troubleshooting.
• Modify and optimize programs to reduce cycle times.
• Verify program accuracy via simulation and first article inspections.
• Maintain program documentation and revision control.
