Job summary

True Anomaly in Colorado is seeking a Manager, Master Scheduling and Planning to lead the Demand S&OP cycle, developing master production and supply schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit. You will oversee a team of Material Resource Planners and drive data-driven scheduling improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of demand planning/master scheduling experience.
• 3+ years of people management (hiring, coaching, performance).
• Aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing experience.
• Deep experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong S&OP expertise and cross-functional planning.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Material Resource Planners.
• Manage workload and prioritize across concurrent programs.
• Develop and maintain demand signal across programs.
• Own the S&OP process with cross-functional reviews.
• Translate requirements into production plans and material signals.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages with data-driven trade-offs.
• Partner with Procurement on long-lead items.
• Build scheduling KPIs and dashboards; drive improvements.
• Lead what-if analyses for changes or disruptions.
• Drive ERP/MRP optimization and automation.
