Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Ohio is seeking Manufacturing Technicians (Level 1 or 2) to build honeycomb core structures and sub-assemblies at the Kettering facility. The role involves coating, bonding, assembly, trimming and final processing for high‑quality parts.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft apps, and the ability to pass a physical and obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Training and compliance programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass a New Hire Physical Exam.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Completion of ASTAR New Hire Training / Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work on honeycomb core structures and sub-assemblies.
• Fabricate honeycomb core using coating, bonding, assembly, trimming and final processing.
• Operate in team environments or individually to meet quality and cost targets.
