Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for our Seattle aerospace manufacturing team. The position is on-site, 1st shift (7am–4pm) with $25–$30 per hour compensation and a path to growth within a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

You will support hands-on production, create work instructions, document operations, and ensure quality through FAA-approved QMS while maintaining a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant production experience in aerospace or related field.
• High attention to detail and experience with inventory management.
• Accuracy in part selection and use of handheld equipment.
• Sheet metal assembly skills: drilling, riveting, trimming, countersinking, dimpling.
• Carbon fiber composites experience.
• Quality-focused approach to producing accurate work.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to set up, operate and maintain handheld manufacturing equipment and document assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing area with hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and documentation
• Create detailed work instruction and work order travelers
• Document production operations
• Adhere to FAA-approved QMS
• Responsible for accuracy, competency and efficiency when conducting tasks related to work area
