Job summary
Griffon Aerospace, based in Madison, Alabama, seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the technical definition of manufacturing improvement initiatives across UAS production lines. You will drive the technical roadmap for scale-up, process development, and manufacturing automation, defining engineering requirements, tooling, and equipment specs to industrialize new capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aerospace or related field.
- Strong fluency with manufacturing processes, tooling, and specs.
- Translate capacity into engineering, tooling, and facility plans.
- Experience with composites, metals, finishing, or assembly.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
- Excellent communication to engineers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own technical requirements for production scale-up and automation.
- Define tooling, layout, and workstation specs for scale-up.
- Lead integration of robotic, CNC, and inspection systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers for propulsion configurations.
- Develop rate-increase and surge capacity plans.
- Interface with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
- Define training and certification for new processes.
