Responsibilities include curing, lamination, and following detailed build manuals, while supporting engineering and production teams to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED or combination of relevant education and work experience.
• Requires four (4) years of relevant experience in composite manufacturing or repair.
• Proficiency in operating electrical lab test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products with fasteners, adhesives, sealants using standard tools and fabrication equipment.
• Perform molding, bonding, curing, and lamination tasks per instructions.
• Follow travelers, build manuals, red books, and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and support engineering/production improvement efforts.
• Read design specifications and technical drawings; work on multiple projects concurrently.
