Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a team in manufacturing or aerospace.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor teams, foster teamwork and information sharing for unity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Monitor production performance and report to senior management with sound judgment.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company standards are met; take initiative on opportunities.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for manufacturing activities.
• Support new product introductions and scale-up production capabilities.
• Make informed decisions focusing on quality and efficiency.
