Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 10+ years in investment casting.
• Experience managing process engineering from tool build through production of multiple part numbers.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to defect identification, Pareto analysis, and MRB review.
• Experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all products.
• Maintain and improve existing products while developing new product processes.
• Create efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance and quality.
• Support manufacturing needs through timely and accurate technical assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvements and process optimizations.
