Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of relatable experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with defense/aerospace standards (AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP) and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions for PCBA mechanical assembly and related products.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure producibility and optimize production flow.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs and waste and improve quality.
• Create assembly instructions and oversee equipment integration into production lines.
