System One, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner (Aerospace) to translate customer BOMs, engineering drawings, and technical requirements into precise production plans that support on-time delivery, cost objectives, and the highest quality standards.

The role involves developing routings, BOMs, and ERP workflows, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to drive efficient, repeatable processes, and ensuring AS9100/Nadcap compliance.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; aerospace preferred.
Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

Review and validate data in the Quote Master Import Tool for planning accuracy.
Develop detailed manufacturing plans from drawings, PO, and vendor requirements.
Create and maintain routings, BOMs, and process flows in the ERP system.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on rework and corrective action plans.
Prepare technical planning packages for aerospace components and assemblies.
Work with CNC Programming and Operations to establish efficient processes.
Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
Ensure full product traceability and quality compliance.
Support RCCA activities and internal/external audits.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and delivery.
