Job summary

Daher is expanding its TBM Final Assembly Line in Stuart, Florida, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize assembly processes for aircraft structures and systems. You will work closely with Production, Design Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to ensure procedures meet engineering specs and regulatory standards.

You will travel for hands-on training in Tarbes, France and support cross-functional teams to implement improvements and maintain traceable manufacturing records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.
• Good planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TBM Master Team to coordinate Stuart FAL processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for TBM assembly.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions and SOPs.
• Establish production sequences, tooling needs and labor estimates.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Apply continuous improvement to raise production performance.
• Coordinate equipment installation, qualification and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Provide design feedback to optimize manufacturing techniques.
