Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Albany, Oregon invites recent graduates and early-career professionals to join its Aerospace Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (LDP). This two-year, three-rotation program accelerates leadership in manufacturing through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure.

Participants rotate across Production Supervision, Manufacturing Engineering, and Process Control, lead projects, and develop technical, business, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply.
• Internship, co-op, military, leadership, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations and leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel between CPP locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across manufacturing and operations.
