Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in related engineering field.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reading and following detailed instructions.
• Organized and able to work independently or in a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work hands-on in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• ITAR/EAR U.S. person requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, integration, and testing of UAS components and systems.
• Support production activities and projects.
• Prepare, organize, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with inspection and verification of components and assemblies.
• Identify and communicate quality issues to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collect and organize production data for analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in meetings, training, and safety activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and quality requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
