Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Manufacturing Engineers to support aerospace, defense, transportation, industrial, and advanced manufacturing programs nationwide. We are seeking hands-on engineering professionals who can work directly with production teams to improve manufacturing methods, solve build issues, optimize processes, and support DFM initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing engineering experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly.
• Strong CAD proficiency and ability to read GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with DFM analysis and manufacturing-specific documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with mechanics, technicians, and production personnel to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Improve manufacturing methods, processes, ergonomics, work content, and production flow.
• Analyze build sequences and develop efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Use CAD models, drawings, and documentation to understand design intent and improve manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, models, work instructions, and process documents.
• Ensure changes are traceable to engineering requirements and maintain control.
