Job summary

Senior Aerospace Spencer seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing with engineering technology, information, and planning. You will plan routings and BOMs, create 3D models, and collaborate across Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to improve processes.

The role requires 2–3 years of engineering experience and strong CAD skills in SolidWorks or similar tools, with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and VBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years engineering experience (preferred).
• 3D CAD modeling experience (school or work) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain product routings and BOMs in ERP/MRP for manufacturing.
• Create engineering drawings and 3D models for manufacturing, CNC programming, and inspection.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to support processes and data.
• Analyze cycle times and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing.
