Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with sensing technologies and hands-on implementation
• Ability to lead and navigate projects related to manufacturing and process improvements.
• Proficient in effective verbal and written communication with internal and external parties.
• Ability to generate end-to-end documentation for product launches and certifications.
• Background in electrical and mechanical design theory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and manage projects to improve and expand production, design, and manufacturing processes.
• Increase production capacity through process improvement and guide technicians on manufacturing methods.
• Oversee production processes and optimize manufacturing technologies across the portfolio.
• Act as liaison between Engineering and Production to meet current demand and future growth.
• Support qualification of new processes and integrate new technologies into standard processes.
• Create engineering documentation for manufacturing, design, and related information.
