Job summary

PCC Fasteners in Irvine is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support product development, process improvement, and daily production. You will assess technical data, create shop routings, operations sheets, and tooling to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, and strong skills in GD&T, Excel, CAD (SolidWorks), and ERP systems. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel and CAD/ SolidWorks.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and routing standards.
• Ability to read technical documents in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Provide process control instructions, standards, and data feedback loops.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to improve factory performance.
• Create tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
