Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in regulated industries, and possess a strong background in CNC machining and CAD/CAM software. The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $120,000, based on experience.
Qualifications
5–10 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace, Gas Power, or Automotive.
Proven expertise in CNC Milling, Wire/Sink EDM, and Creep Feed or CBN Grinding.
Strong background in process development, NPI, and manufacturing documentation.
Skilled in interpreting complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or similar aerospace manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
Lead process development and optimization for complex turbine components using EDM, CNC milling, and 3-/5-axis grinding.
Act as the primary customer engineering contact, driving technical communication and change requests.
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams on robust manufacturing solutions.
