Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace, Gas Power, or Automotive.
• Proven expertise in CNC Milling, Wire/Sink EDM, and Creep Feed or CBN Grinding.
• Strong background in process development, NPI, and manufacturing documentation.
• Skilled in interpreting complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or similar aerospace manufacturing standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead process development and optimization for complex turbine components using EDM, CNC milling, and 3-/5-axis grinding.
• Act as the primary customer engineering contact, driving technical communication and change requests.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams on robust manufacturing solutions.
