Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of experience researching and analyzing engineering data.
• Experience creating manufacturing planning and assembly work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and drawings to provide manufacturability feedback.
• Investigate technical problems and drive solutions.
• Implement Lean principles and technologies in processes.
• Interface with IPTs and internal customers to develop products and knowledge.
• Establish make/buy plans for electrical components and wire bundles.
• Author and update electrical installations and modifications work instructions.
• Travel up to 25% domestically as needed.
