You will collaborate with production, quality, sales and engineering teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. The role requires a BS in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience and hands-on problem solving using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience using statistical methods to improve process capability.
• Familiarity with lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Partner with production, quality, sales and engineering teams.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes using lean/six sigma.
• Lead improvement projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze data to identify variation, risk, and optimization opportunities.
• Create routings, work instructions, sketches and process changes.
• Communicate status and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document decisions and changes accurately.
