Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering required.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC machining/programming.
• Experience with manual machine methods essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM technology.
• Lead manufacturing teams and run prove-outs to validate processes.
• Implement lean process improvements to meet targets.
