EURO-COMPOSITES Corporation in Culpeper, VA, seeks a Cost Analyst to build controlling structures, optimize manufacturing costs, and drive site profitability in a precision aerospace environment.

Analyze ERP data, perform product costing and variance analyses, and develop dashboards while supporting audits and ensuring FAR/DFARS/CAS/EAR/CUI/CMMC compliance. This role reports to the Cost Accounting Manager within Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis, plant controlling, manufacturing finance, or industrial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Sage, or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA) with BI/reporting experience.
• Proven expertise with Power Query is a must.
• Experience using SQL to extract data from relational databases is a plus.
• FAR, DFARS, CAS, ITAR, EAR, CUI, and CMMC compliance familiarity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Extract and analyze data from ERP and financial systems to perform inventory valuation, product costing, and price-cost analysis.
• Conduct variance and margin analyses to identify root-cause issues across labor and overhead.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools and Power Query to build live reporting tools.
• Support internal and external audits and year-end processes.
• Establish and scale controlling structures to support internal controls.
• Assist in CapEx financial analysis, ROI, and payback calculations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management commentary.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and develop dashboards.
