AerSale in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manual Machinist with 2+ years of experience operating mills and lathes, including open setup work on aerospace components. The role requires reading blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and fabricating tooling to support production.

On-site position with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Qualified candidates will read technical drawings, perform diagnostic repairs, and work with shop leads to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years operating mills and lathes with repair work on aerospace components.

Mansioni

• Operate manual milling and turning equipment with setup and basic preventative maintenance.
• Perform thread repairs, boring, facing and general machining tasks.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators).
• Maintain tight tolerances (±0.0005 in or as required).
• Fabricate tooling and bushings for in-house production needs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards.
