Job summary

Héroux-Devtek is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Springfield, Ohio facility to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a highly diversified role. You will support CNC machines and complex tooling within a safety-minded, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing with hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical expertise, plus PLC experience. Strong problem solving and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills.
• Some PLC experience and HVAC knowledge; vacuum furnace experience is a plus.
• Motivated, able to work independently with a steady work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment (CNC lathes/mills, etc.).
• Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Read manuals and work orders; diagnose and repair problems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and basic plumbing/carpentry tasks.
• Ensure safety, keep work areas clean and report anomalies.
