You will manage documentation, shipping workflows, and inventory accuracy within regulated environments, supporting safety and regulatory adherence across logistics activities.

Qualifications

2+ years of logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Foundational understanding of inventory and supply chain/logistics principles.
Experience with inventory databases or tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipping in compliance with regulations.
Route, document, and track shipments of materials, equipment, and components.
Utilize shipping systems (FedEx, DHL, UPS) to manage workflows.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for spares, tools, and manuals.
Track inventory and ensure data integrity in storage facilities.
Maintain records in inventory databases.
