Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a dedicated driver to deliver and pick up parts across the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County area. You will also serve as the inventory gatekeeper in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock and traceability at all times.

Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, adhering to schedules, and supporting packing, labeling, and shipment preparation while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with packing, labeling and shipping standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Quantum and Pentagon) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive non-commercial company vehicles to deliver and pick-up parts.
• Follow delivery schedules and instructions accurately.
• Maintain inventory integrity and traceability in ERP and warehouse systems.
• Package and prepare materials and required documentation for shipment.
• Support warehouse organization and material labeling for efficiency.
• Communicate with team and management to ensure smooth operations.
