Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Level I to support the internal material flow feeding our Final Assembly Line (FAL). You will handle receiving, inspection, inventory, kit preparation, FAL delivery and returns in SAP per internal procedures.

Reporting to the US Logistics Manager, you will work in a fast-paced aerospace environment, require strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, kitting or manufacturing experience; aerospace or ESD experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving /Inbound: perform physical control of incoming parts and proper labelling in SAP.
• Inventory Management: maintain inventory accuracy and track shortages.
• Kit Preparation: apply FIFO, pick and label components, follow instructions for production readiness.
• Picking / FAL Delivery: pick components and deliver line-side to the Final Assembly Line on schedule.
• Packaging / Returns: package parts and returns per internal process.
