In this role you will provide high-level technical support for our growing aircraft maintenance operations. You’ll go beyond the desk, providing on-wing support and designing FAA-compliant repairs that directly improve aircraft availability. You will leverage your extensive experience with SRM, AMM, and CMM data to analyze systems performance and drive maintenance reliability projects. The majority of work will be accomplished in a heated shop or office environment.

The salary rate for this position generally ranges between $90,000 - $130,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Additional compensation in the form of a shift differential will be provided if the employee is assigned to an alternate shift. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) company match, and employer contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA).
