Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its lean legal team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive high-profile cross-functional initiatives, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts—including supply chain, vendor agreements, and subcontracts—and manage USG contracting and export compliance programs.

The successful candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to a U.S.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of attorney experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected status required for USG compliance.

Responsibilities
